Albert freedman, States that he has been sued by H. B. Marshall and that Marshall was his attorney to settle with Wiley Stevenson who he worked in 1866. that M has rec'd 10 dollars and that he cannot get a settlement with Marshall on acct of the settlement with Stevens. Settled

Ben Freedman, Says he cannot get settlement with Gabriel Martin that the cotton produced has been attached by Jas H Harper of Hardy Station. Settled.

Emeline freedwoman, says that Mr Lindsey (Justice) is Administrator of Estate Wm Striblings -  and that she has claims of 50 dolls. Lindsey neglects to pay. Awaiting appearance of Mr Lindsey
