        points towards Sweepstake award. Open to any type 
        airplane, powered with an engine having not more 
        than 200 cubic inch piston displacement. 
        Qualifying speed--100 miles per hour. Distance- 
        -20 miles, four laps over a 5-mile course.

  L  "The Arup" Mystery Ship
  M  Open Port--Music by the Texaco Fire Chief Band.
  N  Event No. 11--THE CHICAGO DAILY NEWS TROPHY RACE--Free-for-all for men and women pilots, towards Sweepstake award. Open to any type of airplane, powered with an engine having not more tahn 550 cubic inch piston displacement. Qualifying speed--175 miles per hour. Distance--50 miles, ten laps over a 5-mile course.
