THEY ALL LAND SAFER ON AEROL
Shock Absorbing
STRUTS!

By thorough dependability and trustworthiness, Aerol Shock Absorbing Struts have gained for themselves a place on all the better-known ships of to-day. They are standard equipment on over 80% of the Military and Commercial ships of every type, and for hundreds of other planes of all sizes and kinds. They are on the Douglas DC4, the Bell "Airacuda," the Boeing XB-15 and YB-17, "Flying Fortresses." To mention a few famous installations, Aerol Struts went with Byrd to the South Pole, with Dick Merrill on both his round-trip flights over the Atlantic-with Sir Hubert Wilkins and Lincoln Ellsworth in their several polar voyages-with Howard Hughes in his record-breaking dash around the world. For twelve years, they have been showing their ability to "take it," making landings safer-and softer-for passengers and crew, and for the ship itself.
Our Engineering and Technical facilities are at the service of airplane manufacturers the world over.
