LOST AND FOUND

You should report all losses of personal property at once to the Personnel Department. All lost items are forwarded to this location and kept there until claimed.

If you find any article, you may turn it in either to the Personnel Department or to any representative of Plant Protection, who, in turn, will see that it is forwarded to Personnel.

TRANSPORTATION AND RATIONING

For your convenience facilities have been set up to take care of the requirements of our "Share the Ride" program. If you want to obtain a ride to and from work, or if you own a car and want to secure a rider, call the  Transportation Office (Extension 287) for information as to registration.

Your gasoline rationing and tire problem may also be referred to the Transportation Office which is authorized to make investigations and provide the necessary application forms. Once filled out and approved, your requests will be handled for you through the local OPA offices.

CAFETERIA SERVICE

At the Towson and Fort Avenue Plants there are modern, well equipped cafeterias where you may purchase full meals or sandwiches, desserts, milk and the like at reasonable prices. You can cooperate by adhering to cafeteria schedules.

SELECTIVE SERVICE

At the time of employment, every eligible male employee is asked to fill out a Selective Service Questionnaire for the records of the Selective Service Unit of the Personnel Department. This Unit will assist you in all draft board contacts.

It is very important that, before going to your local draft board personally, you obtain the advice of the Selective Service Unit. Further, you should immediately contact this Unit, whenever there is a change of address, a new arrival in the family, etc. The telephone number is Extension 200.
