Doris

I am afraid your ma is too busy to write it is not the comforter but that brown dress she has been at so far today it being a dull stormy day as it was last Sunday and I am in the house. Tuesday in the afternoon I tried to clean a little around the place we picked about all of the grapes pulled weeds and tomato plants and the frosted flowers we have had the Heater going all the week, finaly got the cook stove at work Thursday in fornoon. we had very few in to the office those day we advertise to be there but think they may come in on the Saturdays fornoon from now on. some of the Elms have lost their leaves but Oaks and Maples are looking very nice and the grass is as green as ever we have not heard from Lena since she went back. Mrs Giffin has just come in to see how the dress is coming on and it is now most three oclock and Sparkie has woke up and thinks he would like to go out
