I have been home all the week I have not had to go to Dedham as Liscenus [[best guess]] and his crowd have not as yet sent back the paper I sent to them some ten days ago  they are going to bother me all they can I guess but I shall beat them out in the end they are the limit I have tried to get Mort to start in on the wood lot but he has not so far may later. The [[??]] is about the same  I have had none come for two week but have a letter on hand now the next lot may cost 20¢ or more  I hear Wallis Edwards has gone to Clearwater and is with Ethel and her Mother  he is working in the Auto Mall Fords I think
