Your Mother has written about all there is to say but if you have not destroyed  the stamp and envelope that Jack sent by Aie Shep I wish you would send it to me for my collection. I hear Welch has let the Beals house to some out of town folks he has been sick [[??]] some time but is getting out again a little The [[?]] [[?]] to [[??]] has been sold to a Mr Seims a Banker for  for John Wood. Owen McGarvey reached home Thursday looking fine [[?]] must 30[[??]] in weight. I see it to day. Later the 26th is to start home the 20th of Feb. hope so. I have all the Blakets on the home to day as I had a hard rain Friday [[?]] to drive in Bubudil started off after dinner and has showed up just now more than an hour [[?]] this time.
