This deed made by Willard C. Mills, trustee for wife, and wife Cyrinthia E. of Said County and State: to William Read Jarrett Shed & Henderson Jones, Trustees, and their successors in office, of the County and State aforesaid, to hold in trust a certain lot of land hereinafter described for school purposes forever without regard to color & entirely free from denominational or Sectarian control.
Witnesseth: That the Said Mills, & his Wife, in consideration of the sum of one dollar to them paid: hath granted bargained sold and conveyed unto the said Trustees and their successors in office. A certain piece or parcel of land to wit; Beginning. at the half mile stake on North West Corner of the South west fourth of Section 20J-12 N.R.14E running East 170 yards to a Stake. Thence South 170 yards to a Stake. Thence West 170 yards to west Section line & thence North 170 yards to the place of beginning, meaning to convey Six acres of land:
To have and to hold the same and all its appurtenances unto them, the said Trustees and their Successors forever, and we do hereby warrant & will forever defend the title to the Same. That we have good right and lawful
