authority to convey the same as aforesaid, unto the said Trustees & their successors in office. And the said Cyrinthia, for value rec'd doth hereby relinquish all her right of Dower in the same, to the said Trustees & their successors forever. and all her right as beneficiary, the said lands being in The said Kemper Co.

County of Kemper    }   On this 6th day of January 1868, personally appeared before me the above named Willard C. and his Wife Cyrinthia E. Mills, who acknowledge that they executed the above as their free act and deed on the day of its date and for the purpose herein before stated:

And said Cyrinthia on a private examination separate and aparte from her husband, acknowledges that she executed the same as her voluntary Act, and deed freely, without any fear, threat, or compulsion of her husband.
