Friday Evening

Dear Folks,

I just caught the bus last Friday, and made good connections at Cauton Junction. I got off at Back Bay and walked up Huntington Ave. to Massachusetts. I bought a few things in the 10-cent store, visited a couple of other places, and then went over to see Dr. and Mrs. Ott for a few moments. I hadn't been in to see them before since some time in the spring. I thought they were looking well. Lawson is a big boy. I telephoned Mr. Andrew from [[Sullim?]] Sr. about a typewriter for Miss Dawson. His voice sounded quite cheery. He had had Johee Hollis down for a good week-end, treating him to a stamp collection [[?]], the rodeo [[ate?]]., feeding him up & finally seeing him off to [[Audor's]] again. I think I will not write any more on this- good-night - Lena
