him to Brookline until July 2, when the family is due to arrive in Hanover.
Thank you very much for writing me so fully about the care of the disease. I wrote it to Berenise. Her doctor may be good, but he may not know every thing!
I was glad to know that Mr. Holmes spunked up enough courage to get out of doors when you were taking off the windows. Perhaps that exper- ience will lure him to trying it again. I am sorry he is so nervous when his friends call. I imagine the chair episode may have been forgotten by this time anyway. You said your work with the plants this year did not trouble him, and you know it did terribly last year.
Tonight I pressed the hems into another pair of the pongee curtains I am making for Berenise, I hope to get them done and off to her in time for her to get them before leaving Buffalo.
Have you found out yet when Doris is coming home? Will she bring the baby to the house or will they live at Sid’s old house or somewhere and so keep Mr. Holmes a little quieter? Love and all good wishes to you both.
