Dear Folks,
Thursday night is here again. The days certainly do fly by without my accomplishing any where near what I desire to. This morning I got up about six o'clock and began taking my exercises which spoil about half an hour for me. Then I dust-mopped my room, got breakfast, made my bed, and stitched up a dress which I had cut, -- all before nine o'clock, when I sat down to my typewriter. Such a good beginning would seem to promise well, but I had to stop to get dinner, and then this after-noon Miss Garland, Mrs. Pettengill and I went to the movies to see "Away [[sic]] Back  Home" or a play by some such name in which Seth Parker was the chief character. It was one of the best pictures I have ever seen. It is set in Maine -- a country place, and kindly old Seth Parker is the chief character. There was a barn dance in it and neighborhood singing. I wish
