P.S I hope that you can read this. Miss Garland is home, and she objects to hearing the typewriter

Dear Folks,

I am going up town and so Jane going to write your letter now and take it along with me so that you will be please to get it tomorrow. It isn't much but it will be a little diversion.

I went in town yesterday to meet Lula, but she had not got my letter and so we did not meet, and after getting a lamp for John Hollis which Berenice had sent for, a foot pad, and some manicure stuff for myself, and trying in vain to use a theatre pass which I won by doing a cross-word puzzle, but which is not good until next week I come home again, glad to be quiet and comfortable. Later Lula called up to say she found my letter when she got home.

I am making and eating my moss pudding every day. It helps keep the bowels in good condition. I do hope that Mr. Holmes will have one or two good movements each

Transcription Notes:
There are several words that are hard to decifer. People and place names, and the name of the pudding.
