Dear Ma:
It really was good to get a letter from you. The other letter you forwarded came OK too.  As usual I intended to acknowledge it at once, but didn't. I am glad you are getting along as well as you are. I was sorry to hear Mrs. Barry had been ill. Now don't do anymore than you have to. Perhaps if this weather keep up, sprang will be here before we realize it. Days over an hour longer already!!! I suppose Doris and her family are well and happy. I hope so and you too.
