over 2. Tomorrow, I think I shall go back to Auburndale for a while anyway. Whether or not I shall find any business left remains to be seen. The queer part of the whole thing is I didn't seem very sick at all - nothing compared with many times when I have simply stayed in bed a few days and then got up and gone about my work again. I guess it is just a part of all the screwy things that are happening nowadays.

John Hollis was married April 11 in Hanover, N. H. I had an invitation to the

wedding and reception but, of course, couldn't go. I got a letter from Theodore today in which he said that Mr. Andrew and Sarah drove up. He also said that the wedding was a very pleasing one - a snow setting, etc.

You are getting the first letter I have written in weeks. I hope you can read it, but I have my doubts.

I was glad to get Doris' letters to read. I have not yet written to thank her for my Christmas present, a peach-colored jersey nightgown. I have not worn it as yet, but I am looking forward to doing so in the very near future. I nearly froze in the short
