Dear Ma:
The letter you forwarded came O.K. Thank you very much. I hoped to get out to see you over the holiday, but I was lazy or tired, and the trip looked like a big undertaking. I have also been wanting to write Doris asking about where she buys her stockings and the manufacturer if she knows the firm. I hope you are feeling well. This weather is certainly changeable. I had a good trip west, but got a bad cold that hung on long after I got back. Hope to see you soon. Much love to you always - Lena
