In accordance with the request which you made during our talk over the telephone yesterday, I am writing to inform you that the cafeterias operated by this Association in Federally controlled buildings in the Washington Metropolitan Area, including the one in the Supreme Court Building, serve all who seek service in them, irrespective of race, color, religion, etc. There is no segregation of any character.
