As a tribute to his outstanding contribution in the field of race relations, we are ready to present Mr. Robinson a plaque on next Sunday's "American's All" Radio Program, 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM. A few of the other persons who have been selected as recipients of our plaques are Orsen Wlles, Senator Chavez of New Mexico, and Gene Kelly. Additionally, we will broadcast a biographical sketch of Mr. Robinson's baseball career followed by an interview with major sports writers including such men as Shirley Povich of The Washington Post, Francis Stan of the Washington Star and Bob Considine of the Times-Herald. An interview with these men will result in more than international publicity for Mr. Robinson. It would mean that these sports writers would be inspired to continue writing favorably about his base ball accomplishments during the next season. The District Theater management is heartily in accord with Mr. Robinson's appearing on the program. Your approval will give the go ahead signal. We will appreciate your earliest consideration in this case, especially since we Listen to Station WWDC in Washington, D.C. "AMERICANS ALL" Every Sunday: 11:15 P.M. to 11:45 P.M. Participants on These Weekly Radio Programs Have Been Secured by the Institute on Race Relations [[image: logo]]16
