Clear [[our?]] head went out stop'd at Sheppard and Lee saw Mr. Lee he had not heard anything of the Ms. I hoped it augured well for me. Mrs [[Neuthuwk?]] called to invite me to spend tomorrow with her I accepted.
 
In afternoon went to Mrs Pandell's she told me of Pete Johnson's sister how she killed herself for mere public opinion God preserve me and guide my foot steps

Sunday, March 29.
Beautiful day went to Tremont Temple with Miss Ellen Brown and heard a splendid sermon from a mere youth, went to Luckleys after to Brown's dined and went to [[Grimes?]] Church. Spent a most delightful evening at Brown's with Mr Lennox with whom I talked Dickens Mr [[Vall?]] with whom I talked Phillips. Mrs Alf Howard was there she is a cripple but a most active woman Mr Lennox escorted me home
