2. I will lock up the tea room, and pay him $25.00 now, if he will buy the equipment on my terms; and the other $25.00 at the end of the season which is the time when the last camper, tenter, and roomer has left the grounds for the fall, or 

3. I will lock up the tea room, but hold the place until the end of the season, as defined above, and let him wait for his money until sometime after the middle of September.

In the mean time, if I get a chance, I shall rent the bed rooms and kitchen to Week-enders, or overnighters through Mr. Mattice, the man at the boat house, whom Mr. D. has managed to do, as he does others. 

I talked with my market man down, who has been very good to me, and he called another who is an official of some kind and they both thought I had nothing to worry about. He has absolutely nothing of mine except inquiries in writing, and nothing oral as to payment of anything other than the first $200, which I paid when I first came. 

I guess I have written enough for now. 

I hope Doris won't be gone when I get home, for I shall be terribly disappointed to miss the baby, and both of them
