December 5, 1921

Dear Folks:

Well, I am at it again and don't mind it at all, but I'm kind of lonesome; homesick or unclimated [[unacclimated]] the first day, Sunday. I left my bags at the drug store and went over to church in plenty time and then I ate my lunch - good and plenty- thank you! Mrs. Hodges also brought me up a glass of milk, some nut cake, and fruit and nut jelly with whipped creame. I read and stared out of window and finally went to church again and ate once more, and then the girls came - 45 min. late. The lunch lasted into the next day when we came home - had some and went to walk. 
   
Monday night we went to the movies and last night we entertained three other girls by playing cards and feeding them. This P.M. my little secretary came at 3 o'clock and we worked until 5-15 and then I read and went to supper. Now this letter to
