Hodgess and others Monday and me Tuesday night, but I went to school just the same. To-day poor Miss O'Connell is all in. I think that I will stay quietly here in Maynard this week end and try to recuperate.  Next week Friday is convention while the day after is A∆∏ [[Alpha Delta Pi]] meeting at Jimmie's. I haven't heard from her again so suppose she is planning on my coming to help her. Daisy also invited me for that week end but I think it might be easier to go directly to Jimmie's.

Myrtle is whooping it up while her mother is trying to iron. The poor little thing has a very bad cold and last night she too was vomiting, so I guess she has reason to feel unhappy,
