Berenice has been in bed again with a cold in her lungs. The doctor, after they cleared up, injected a catarrh serum designed to prevent further colds for a few months. I wonder if that would work with Doris and Sid?

I hope that you are both escaping sickness.

I don't just know when I shall get to Stoughton again. It seems good to remain here quietly and not have the trip to take back Sunday night and yet I don't know that I feel any more rested than I do when I make it.

We are in hopes to get a visiting day soon and if it should come on a Monday I could come home Friday night and stay until Monday morning, but I don't know just when it will be; if not before long, I shall come anyway.
