Dear Folks

This is a dark & gloomy day. neither one thing or the other I have just finished the two little aprons & hope they are what you like. they are like the ones Mrs Osborne made for her little three year olds grandchildren. I omitted the ruffle around the apron & put it around the arm. we like it much better. there is enoug left from that little piece for a dress for Doris. The sun is trying to shine out sickly from time to time. we had no rain to speak of from last night but it may mean change of the weather. so far it is very mild. my plants are doing fine they are a source of real pleasure to us both. Sunday she went with her children down to her son Joe's, he has a green house down to Fall River. it belongs to a very old man he gave them a big boquet of crysanthemums to bring home. they supply weddings & funerals. it is run on a very large scale & Joe is the head one who sees to every thing as the one who
