Dear Folks,

I have just received your letter of the 15th and it has made me so nervous. I am not responsible because you don't get my letters any sooner. I write and explain everything to you so you need not feel anxious on my behalf. Alice is with me and she does not fret me. She can stay as long as we want her and is perfectly willing to do so. don't get wild. I am over my two upsets. one when Mrs. Osmond left and the other when Line left. I wish Alice was to live here we are congenial, but she is going to be married and have a good home of her own but the old man is not dead and when he dies Frank will be the one to settle up his affairs because he is the one who has had charge of
