there who used to be she was the one I like always the same then Miss O'Brine had to go over to Brockton to change her shoes so they took me over with them we sat over in the car waiting for her I guess an hour. after we got back to Stoughton Miss O'Brine did my errands, paid the electric & telephone bills; then the Dr drove to the hospital & filled my bottle & gave me as a present. we laughed to think of it as a present. they gave me a good time & I was glad to be made so much of. the doctor says Ellis Smith was good natured but terribly lazy. he married a Curtis girl who works every day. she is a nice little thing so they say. they live on Park Street. The calender & picture came to day. they were very good the picture looked very natural. Mrs Osborne gave me a tall jar of currant jelly. I guess she brought it from home she brought me a sample of the much advertised "cracks". did you ever have any? they are fine, 22 cents a package & are very tasty. browned & [[strikethrough]] salted [[/strikethrough]] with butter & salted to taste.

The day Wednesday morning is beginning with sunshine, it blew up last night cold, but no snow or rain & ten 20 this morning, from early in the evening you could hear the autos crunching through the frozen snow & ice after yesterdays thaw. it said snow or rain last night but we did not get it here I am thankful we did not. we shall be glad to get rid of our snow. we can not get out of our door yard only the front way. the other way the yard is filled up with snow. the cars have trouble still in turning around. or going by each other.
