Monday. Good day all day but cold, [[joint]] [[Anita?]]. Freeze in cars and trucks. [[Robert?]] and I school all day. Men shucking corn, saw Adnia Mae at school, and went to movies with her at night. Got home 10 o clock, said "Keys them [[laffing?]]." cold.

Tuesday good day all day. Men workout 1/2 a day. [[daddy?]] off [[something?]] in afternoon and night. I shucked some of my corn. (16 [[bu?]]). I went up to see Adnia Mae in the afternoon and helped her with dishes. She wanted me to stay but I couldn't. I called her up at night, daddy got home at 11:30.

Wednesday good day all day. Robert and I to school. Men shucked corn all day, saw Adnia Mae at school and called her up at night. down too, Buddy cooks for a while. Came home and went to bed early.

Thursday good day all day. Men shucked corn all day. Robert and I to school. Robert [[coon?]] hunting at night. I went up to see Adnia Mae at night and got home 10:30. Robert caught 1 [[coon?]], Nelson [[Billingsley?]] came to see daddy about buying a piece of land on [[Captain?]] highway.
