DESIGNING WOMAN

On April 8 Tony-winning costume designer Florence Klotz will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Theatre Development Fund's annual Irene Sharaff Awards, which honor achievement in theatrical costume design. Klotz, who began her distinguished career assisting the late Sharaff on The King and I, went on to win six Tonys for her work (all for shows directed by Hal Prince). Pictured below are photos of Klotz's designs from several of her theatrical endeavors. Can you identify each musical?

Set in a dilapidated theatre at a showgirl reunion, this 1971 Stephen Sondheim-James Goldman musical brought Florence Klotz her first Tony Award.
