BURTON LITWIN (Producer) is vice-president of Belwin-Mills Publishing Corp., one of the world's largest music publishing organizations which has already been represented on Broadway with such hit shows as Pippin and The Magic Show. Mr. Litwin is responsible for the pop and classical divisions of the company, and also serves on the board of appeals of ASCAP. Belwin-Mills, an associate producer, is one of the principal publishers of Duke Ellingtons music.

LOUISE WESTERGAARD (Producer) became the administrative director of The Theatre of the Open Eye, an Off-Broadway company, in 1974. In 1976 she became Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan's advisor on the arts. In collaboration with Sondar Gilman, Mrs. Westergaard presented the feature film The Orphan, released to critical acclaim in December 1979. They also served as executive producers of the soundtrack album, which featured Janis Ian. A novelization of the screenplay was published by Jove Press. They are currently presenting the Nicholas Roeg film, Bad Timing, starring Art Garfunkel. Their third feature film, Take It From The Top, is slated for a summer 1981 release.
