then we met Mrs Harringtons sister, who had been to see [[?]] + not found them home. but she came back after we had been there a while.  we spent quite a while admiring the goats + things on (the old place + listening to his plans. she got out of the car + brought me a pot of beans + a jar of pickles to take home for supper, she baked them on purpose for us. a separate mess.  then he took me back and paid my electric light + telephone bills + hunted us a box of strawberries at the A + P there were just two baskets in town. We were lucky to get those. then he came in with me talking a blue stream. they are both talkers terrible.Iwas tired + bringry + you better believe those beans tasted good, just warm enough to eat. Tough not to have eaten them for supper, he told me after she left us that he would never have the old place. she might go to the devil. he would stick he has planted a good garden he wanted me to get out to see it but I felt too tired, so he told me all about it as we rode down town. he [[?]]every part of the old farm. his goats are as tame as kittens. he took them up + showed them to us as we sat in the car. he is very fond of pets.he would enjoy a home with children, but she is all [[?]]ahead, but both are very kind hearted. he is planning to take us on another trip + so is she. Four days this week she went in town, working at the old job. so she could get some money. he is easy going. she says, well they are too generous. + trust us more than they should in their circumstances but you cannot top them.
