Dear Folks
I am here by my lonesome so will get my letter off & trust to luck in getting some one to getting it to the office. this fornoon it was mild & cloudy. this afternoon sums like clearing [[?]] head + cooler, she has taken Nellie Standish & gone to see an interesting play they are putting on down to the mories. we have been lonesome after you went baek so soon had a very good nights sleep & she rested well, had a good sleep this morning. hope the little me did not add to her cold. did it interfere with with your sleep again on the boat. hope you get rested, I could see you were dead tired. & were liable to come down with a cold also. I am looking forward to seeing Maude for S. feel she wants to talk with me about Ralph. I understand her better than most of folks she told me yesterday things that have soften her grief & made her more cheerful. Maude is very spiritual going through so much has brought her to this. it is a wonderful thing to feel our friends are with us. & help us to live & carry on, to feel also that they will be there waiting on the other side as I told her yesterday that Ralph had gone to join Arthur
