Cincinnati, Ohio -
June 6th, 1870 -

Rev. E. A. Ware,
Superintendent of Education,

Dear Sir,
I wrote you two letters Saturday in regard to the deed, but lest there may be some misunderstanding in regard to it, I write again -

The old deed can be of no use I presume - Please to fill out a new blank with the land described in the old deed - The Trustees Henderson, Harry, and Tuneables deed the land to "The Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church" an incorporated body. "We trust for the Freedmens Aid Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church" Send this deed thus made out to Miss Eunice D. Jones Covington Ga - and she in the absence of Mr Yarbrough will get it signed, acknowledged and recorded and returned to you for your recommendation to Gen Howard -

Yours Truly
R. S. Rust

Take the stamp from the first deed - and place it on the new one -
