AND IT IS FURTHERMORE MUTUALLY AGREED by the said John H. Collier and the following named laborers, to wit: Griffin Haynes, Bob Clark, Tom Payne Lige Darmond, Matilda Thomas, Lucy Truly, Mary Henley, Polly Holmes, Jane Haynes, Little Mary Ann, Caroline Clark Lucy Collier, Little Jane Hauber
that in lieu of the half wages to be paid them at the end of the year, the said laborers shall be entitled to, and agree to accept, the share of the nett profits of carrying on the plantation during the period aforesaid, respectively set opposite their names below.

AND IT IS FURTHERMORE AGREED, that any wages or share of profits do the said laborers under this agreement, shall constitute a first lien upon all crops or parts of crops produced on said plantation or tract of land by their labor. And no shipment of products shall be made until the Provost Marshal of Freedmen shall certify that all dues to laborers are paid or satisfactorily arranged.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said parties have affixed their names to this agreement, at Big Timber State Mississippi of Franklin County on the day and date aforesaid.

Products of 50 acres of ground furnished (my Gin field) with good fence around mules and Plough to work the farm and all other agricultural implements for the same cotton & corn such furnished & assisting them in the cultivation of the same & in other aspects giving them Saturday & Sunday of each week (besides will remark & make as a note that I gave seven of Freedmen 18 months ago 1 bale of cotton each which was sold at $80 per bale in good money & They have [[tried?]] the benefit of the same
