I have just taken my bath & feel much better, it is growing dark now & raining again. I suppose we shall be freezing by tomorrow. Hattie Clapp died very sudden she is Fred's Aunt, they found her listening in at the radio. she had very high blood pressure another job for poor Fred Clapp. he came to Pa in despair, & wanted him to tell him what to do. She probably left a will & he may get some of her money. as she must be worth quite a speck, and died an old maid. Sam Clapps only daughter he was the lumber dealer. I suppose the rooster is still hanging around the hens in the Douglas yard, unless they have caught & eaten him. I had seen the little dog chase him home. he knew where he belonged if we didn't I suppose you are out riding today if it is not rainy Ever so many people in town have had a new ford this winter Jimmie has sold them for a great while & we wondered why they held you up so long you may enjoy it for some time I hope.
