Dear Folks,

This is a cold frosty morning with the temprature hanging around 20°. it feels like snow. I am making mince meat for pies for Xmas, Lena is coming out to help us eat our big turkey. I am going to make squash pies too. & a loaf of cake. we sent along Addies bundle to you, as she didnt know your present address, so sent it out here, & Arthur put it into a box & you will be lucky to get it for Xmas. Saturday morning it was mailed from here. I got mine last night, & as it was partially torn open in reaching here, I opened it up & found a couple of Turkish towels large size & pretty borders. I went out to show Georg McGarvey those pictures taken of the baby & your house & he spoke of the little dog as looking so much like Sparky in the picture, & the baby looks like Doris he thought. accross her mouth. I am busy sewing patch work & occasionally I go down town after groceries & things. I meet a number who inquire after you & the baby. I met Ovelyn going up to see Sids mother Friday afternoon she asked me down to see the
