One third (1/3) of the net proceeds of the Crop of Cotton after deducting the Expenses of said Crop of Cotton- such as preparing it for and carrying it to market; and in addition, said party of the first part shall furnish said parties of the second part, Quarters and Rations at the rate of three and one half pounds of Bacon and one Peck of Meal per week for all grown hands and in proportion for younger ones who work. Rations also to be furnished to dependants for which deductions will be made as before stated.
Clothing, Medical attention, and all other supplies for said parties of the second part, and their dependants, in all cases are at the expense of the parties of the second part.
And it is agreed on the part of the parties of the second part that they will well and faithfully perform any and all labor that the said party of the first part or his Agent may think necessary to be done for the improvement and sucessful Cultivation of said Plantation, or that he may
