Sec'y Ex. Com. Ind. Y.M. of Friends,
Richmond. Ind. -

Sir:
I have the honor to inclose a circular and form concerning the transportation &c. of teachers of freedmen schools. The other form is now void.

I enclose also a copy of teachers school report, now in use.
Please notice the explanations printed thereon.

Very Respectfully yours,
W. M. Colby.
