Dear Sir:
I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Circular letter dated May 24, 1869; Also communication of May 26, 1869, stating that Circulor No. 3,CS renders unnecessary the information called for in Circulor Letter dated Oct. 6, 1868; Also communication of May 28, 1869, directing that measures be taken to prevent scholars from going from our school to another during any one term.

Sir:
Your favor of the 25th ult. to Lt. Mills is received.
Trustees or parties directly interested may make the repairs indicated in your communication and rent will be allowed in their favor at the rate of $10.00 a month for three months - July, August + September. I must be officially notified that contract has been made with the teacher, and a school commenced, before reporting the school house for rent on my list of "Persons & Articles," Etc. for July which should be previous to July 15th.
