Sarah Emett wife of Edward and former servant of Ivesson Glass Caswell county N.C. makes oath that Edward her husband refused to drive Mr. Glass carriage. following Glass up until Glass struck him with a very small hammer when Edward chased him and beat him. all of which happened after Glass telling him to leave that he wanted no difficulty with him.
Saarah further makes oath that no guns or pistols or anything of the kind used in the affray.
