Charges, Necessary to Burglary,

Specification 1st
That the said John Oakley did informed Joseph Syer, Willis Wheatherly, Enoch Edwards, John Smith, James Slone, and Squire Woods. Where Robert Guinn Lived, and told the aboved named persons that he had money and encourage them in going and geting it.

Specification 2nd
In this that the said John Oakley did send John Princfield with the party aboved named to show them where Robert Guinn Lived.

This in the county of Guilford, State of North Carolina on or about the 9th day of November. 1865.
