Esteemed Friend.
Enclosed Please find The Reports of Six of our Schools, All, that I have been able as yet, to obtain this month. 
I forwarded blanks to each Teacher as early as I received them. and three of them have neglected to fill out and return as requested. I sent for them yesterday but failed getting them. 
Three Teachers meetings have been held, and attended by all the Commissioned Teachers. And an interest felt, and manifested which has ahead, and I doubt not will continue to result to the benefit and improvement of all the schools represented.
