Enclosed herewith I have the honor to send you the report of Arkadelphia School for last month. 
I am afraid that this school will have to be closed as it is impossible to collect enough funds to sustain the teacher. I have done all I could and will try this month more, by which time the contract I hope will be settled and perhaps enough collected to pay Mr. Hare at least enough to take him home
