Dear Sir, 
I have today sent you 100 copies of our new Ed. Form No. 4. for we in your District. The old No. 4. altered, corrected and improved, is now known as Ed. Form No.3. The old No. 3 is no longer in use. I am requested to say to you that a Circular will be transmitted in a few days, explaining the wishes of the Commissioner in reference to Ed. Form No.4.
