I have not yet been able to do any thing towards preparing the sketch I promised you, and shall not be until my school closes, but will attend to it immediately afterwards.

I expect to close the present term on the 22nd inst., and, if the school house is not engaged, would like to commence again in Sept., and continue till the commissioned teachers return.   They have not
