Your very kind letter arrived two days since and I should have answered yesterday but was persuaded in going to the fair ground and came home rather fatigued. A nights rest has fully restored me however, my health is improving rapidly and I am confident, and have written Mr. Shipherd I shall be able to go south whenever he wishes me to.
