Sir:
I am directed by the Commissioner to inform you, that measures have been initiated for the immediate transfer to the Indiana Yearly meeting of Friends - of the school building owned by this Bureau of Little Rock, Ark. and known as the union school house, now borne upon the returns of Colonel [[St? H?]]. Page, Disbursing Officer, and that in the meantime Col. Page will keep the same upon his papers until such transfer is consummated.
