Mallory, State Senator, Arkansas, recommending the establishment of a State Normal School at Pine Bluff, with the information that the A.M.A. owns property there which could by enlargement be made available for the purpose herein named, &c. and recommends that an app'n of $6,000.00 be granted by the Bureau.
