Sir:
I respectfully request permission to erect a schoolhouse at Rocky Comfort, Little River Co. Ark. to cost about ($2200) twenty-two hundred dollars and to accommodate about 50 pupils. This place is five miles from the extreme S.W. corner of the state. Copy of a deed of six acres of land for the purpose to the H.W. [[??]] Assocn. is herewith enclosed.
