Mr. Willis D. Howe
2230 Steiner St., Apt. 2
San Francisco, California

Dear Willis:

I hope you will forgive my allowing so much time to elapse without writing to you, but you should know by now what a poor correspondent I am.

The Mexican Post Office has just authorized an issue of stamps commemorating the Forth Centennial of the City of Zacatecas. The issue is as follows:

Ordinary postage denominations of
Two centavos,
Twelve centavos,
One peso,
Five pesos and
en pesos.

Air mail postage denominations of
Thirty centavos,
One peso,
Five pesos and
Ten pesos.

If you are interested in these stamps please give me detailed instructions at once and will be glad to handle purchase and forwarding.

Regarding the Aerovias matter about which we corresponded, Bink Goodrich suggests the attached letter and note. I believe that you will find it self-explanatory.

With warm greetings to both of you, I remain

Sincerely,
E. R. Silliman
