Dear Mr. Garbáty:

We are now winding up the recently closed "Masterpieces of Art" exhibition, but I do not want to leave this organization without inquiring whether the paintings you so generously lent to our undertaking reached you in good order, and at the same time I do want to thank you for your cooperation and assistance in our good cause.

Allow me to take advantage of these lines to let you know that with the close of this enterprise, I am resuming my association of many years standing with JACQUES SELIGMANN & CO., Inc., at their new galleries, 5 East 57th Street, where I should always be pleased to welcome you.

In the meantime,

Believe me to be

Very sincerely yours,

(R. H. Waegen)
